Exporting your bank statements from Virgin Money is a straightforward process that enables efficient financial management and seamless sharing with your accountant. Follow these steps to download your statements:
- Log in to Online Banking Access your Virgin Money account through the online banking portal on a desktop computer. Note: This feature isn’t available on the mobile app.
- Select the Relevant Account From your account dashboard, click on the account for which you need the statement.
- Access the Download Option Click on the ‘Print’ icon above the listed transactions, or scroll down and select ‘Download statements’ from the menu on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Choose Your Export Settings Select the date range for the transactions you need and choose the CSV file type. We recommend selecting the ‘Detailed’ version for the most comprehensive records.
- Export and Verify Click ‘Export transactions’ to download the file. Once downloaded, open the file to check that it contains transactions for the correct period.
