ANNA does things a bit differently. Since the whole bank lives in a chat interface, getting your statement is literally as easy as sending a text message. No digging through menus required.
- Just Ask: Open the ANNA app and type “Get an account statement” in the chat (or select it from the menu options).
- Pick Your Dates: The bot will ask you what period you need. You can tap to select a specific month or request your full transaction history since you opened the account.
- Choose the Format: You will be prompted to choose between PDF or CSV.
- Dead Simple Tip: We love a CSV file because it plays nicely with our accounting software. The PDF is great if you just need a copy for your own records.
- Send It: The statement pops up instantly in the chat thread. Tap the file to open it, then hit the share button to email it to yourself, save it to your cloud drive, or send it straight to us.
