Using the Mobile Banking App
- Log In to the HSBC Mobile App
Open the app and log in to your account. - Select Your Account
Choose the account for which you wish to view the statement. - View Statements
Tap ‘View more’ and then select ‘View statements’. - Choose the Month
Select the month you wish to download. The statement will be saved to your device.
Using Online Banking
- Log In to Online Banking
Access HSBC Online Banking and log in. - Navigate to Statements
From the quick links menu, click on ‘Statements’. - Select the Statement Type
Choose the type of statement you want (e.g., account statement). - Choose the Year and Month
Select the specific year and month of the statement you need. - Download, Print, or Share
- Download the statement to your device.
- Print a hard copy if required.
- Use the ‘Share statement’ option if you need to send it as proof of address.
