Downloading your bank statements from Lloyds is easy and convenient, whether you use the Mobile Banking app or Internet Banking. Follow the steps below to access and download your statements.
Using the Mobile Banking App
- Log In
Open the Lloyds Mobile Banking app and log in to your account. - Select the Desired Account
Tap on the account you wish to view. - Open the Account Menu
Click on the three-dot menu located on the account page. - Download or Print
Select ‘Download or print statement’ to save or print your statement. - Order Paper Copies (Optional)
If you need a physical copy, select ‘Order paper statements’. Note that it may take up to 10 working days to arrive.
Using Internet Banking
- Log In
Access the Lloyds Internet Banking platform and log in. - Navigate to Statement Options
On your account page, click ‘Statement options’. - Select an Option
Choose to:- Download
- Order a paper copy (for up to the last 7 years).
- Download Your Statement
Save the downloaded statement to your device for easy sharing or future reference. - Order Paper Copies (Optional)
If requested, paper copies may take up to 10 working days to arrive.
For Credit Card Statements
To obtain credit card statements as a PDF:
- Use the online chat feature on the Lloyds website to request a PDF statement.
