Exporting your transaction data from Tide is simple and can be done directly from the mobile app. Follow these steps to download and share your bank statements.
- Open the Tide Mobile App
Log in to your Tide account on the mobile app. - Locate the Export Option
- Look for the ‘EXPORT’ button in blue text at the top-right corner of the screen.
- If the ‘EXPORT’ option isn’t visible, scroll down to the bottom of your transactions and click ‘View More’.
- Navigate to the Export Page
- If you selected ‘EXPORT’, proceed to the next step.
- If you clicked ‘View More’, a new page will open. Tap the downward-facing arrow in the top-right corner of this page.
- Choose Export Format
- On the export page, select ‘Standard’ as the file format.
- Tap the ‘Export’ button.
- Share the Exported File
- You’ll be prompted to choose a sharing method for the exported file.
- Select WhatsApp to send it directly to your accountant or contact.
- Alternatively, tap the Email icon to email the file to your recipient.
